Finding a candidate with executive leadership abilities, a master’s degree in Information Systems, advanced knowledge of IT and health informatics, and strong leadership skills, all on a tight, 48 hour deadline.


HRM jumped into action and conducted a targeted search for local, regional, and national candidates. HRM worked nearly around the clock sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates for the CIO position.


Within 48 hours, HRM submitted a slate of ten qualified local and national candidates for the CIO position all meeting education, experience, personality, and salary requirements.  The new CIO selected from the slate was a perfect fit and joined the leadership team within a matter of weeks.
